Halloween Adventures

The boys both went as spiderman (red and black) and Carolee went as a candy corn! So much fun to make hers. I also made her a spidergirl tutu so she could be dressed up one night to match but the boys were mildly sick the actual night of Halloween so we didn’t go out trick or treating. Instead we just went to the trunk-or-treat at the ward building. It was a lot of fun. There was chili and cornbread with dessert, a pie eating contest (which Jon almost won) and of course the trunk-or-treating. Caleb invited his friend Noah from preschool and they had a great time together.

The first pictures are of the kids in their ties and skirts I made to match for Halloween. Too bad they were sick so they didn't get to wear them all at the same time, and not in time for Halloween. But you can still enjoy them! :)

These were the first ties I'd made and the first skirt I'd ever made. Turned out pretty cute though!

One night we took the kiddos to Fry's for their annual celebration...they had a coloring table, face painting, trick or treating, and the kids had a lot of fun!

The next pictures are from the ward trunk-or-treat party. Below is a picture of Caleb and his friend Noah from preschool. They also had preschool together last year as well.Skyler at the dinner table.
Grandpa Mark with the 3 kiddos. And if you're wondering, she's wearing baby legs leg warmers and I love them!
Aunt Kendra (wearing the witch hat I made) with her niece Carolee!

Jon got to be part of the pie-eating contest, and was 2nd place.

We sure had a great time and were glad to have family and friends with us!
